Murrells Inlet is a quiet fishing town south of Myrtle Beach where 'Inlet Life' is of great appeal to local residents.  While there are not as many oceanfront beach areas the boating community in the inlet is a way of life and is preferred in many ways. Murrells Inlet offers a variety of water and creekfront communities with beautiful views and everything in a locality you could ask for. Excellent waterfront dining, nightlife, and golf courses make it a desirable area if buyers are willing to rationalize spending more for what makes it different from the rest of the area. It is also one of the main divisions where Horry and Georgtown counties divide the residential properties so make sure you have a Realtor that understand the difference when considering homes in the area.
